Welcome to Aceezy. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Aceezy (“Aceezy”, “we”, “us”). Aceezy is a mobile application that connects tennis students with tennis coaches to discover each other, schedule lessons, and communicate. By creating an account or using Aceezy, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Aceezy is available only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18. If a minor wishes to receive coaching, an adult parent or guardian must create and manage the account on their behalf and is responsible for all activity under it.
Aceezy is a platform that helps students and independent coaches find each other, schedule, and communicate. Coaches are independent and are not employees, agents, or representatives of Aceezy. We do not provide tennis instruction ourselves, and we do not supervise, control, or guarantee any lesson, coach, or student.
Aceezy has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You agree that you will not:
You retain ownership of the content you create (profile details, photos, messages, reviews, lesson listings). By posting content, you grant Aceezy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate and provide the service. You are solely responsible for your content and represent that you have the rights to post it. We may remove content that violates these Terms.
We respect intellectual-property rights. If you believe content on Aceezy infringes your copyright, please contact us at jkmljnv@gmail.com with: (a) a description of the copyrighted work; (b) where the allegedly infringing content appears in the app; (c) your contact information; and (d) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized. We may remove allegedly infringing content while we investigate, and we may terminate repeat infringers.
Reviews and ratings must reflect genuine, first-hand experiences. Do not post fake, incentivized, or retaliatory reviews. We may remove reviews that violate these Terms or appear fraudulent or abusive.
To keep the community safe, Aceezy provides tools to block other users and to report objectionable content or behavior directly within the app. We review reports of objectionable content and will act on them — including removing content and ejecting violators — typically within 24 hours. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.
If you offer lessons as a coach, you are solely responsible for your qualifications, conduct, the accuracy of your listings, the safety and legality of your lessons, and compliance with all applicable laws, licenses, taxes, and insurance. Aceezy does not verify coach credentials and makes no representation about any coach.
Aceezy facilitates in-person tennis lessons. Use good judgment and exercise appropriate caution when communicating with and meeting other users. Aceezy does not conduct background checks or identity verification on coaches or students, and is not responsible for the conduct of any user, whether online or offline. Meet in public or appropriate settings and take the same precautions you would with any independent service provider.
Aceezy is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, and we do not guarantee the quality, safety, conduct, or outcome of any coach, student, lesson, or interaction. You participate in lessons and interact with other users at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aceezy and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising out of your use of (or inability to use) the app, your interactions with other users, or any lesson arranged through the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the claim — which, since the app charges no fees, is typically zero.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aceezy and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your content, your use of the app, your interactions or lessons with other users, or your violation of these Terms or any law.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to remove content, restrict or disable features, and suspend or terminate accounts — with or without notice — to protect the platform and its users or to address violations of these Terms or applicable law. You may stop using Aceezy and delete your account at any time in the app. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. the content license, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of Aceezy after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Washington for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Aceezy.
